Before there was a building, there was a truck. El Migue earned its following one order at a time — people tracking locations on social media, rearranging plans to make it work.
The Weekend Regulars
The asada breakfast burrito became a Saturday ritual for a lot of people. The birria built a reputation of its own — the kind guests told every friend about.
Putting Down Roots
The leap from truck to a brick-and-mortar on 62nd Terrace was a big one. The recipes stayed exactly the same — the only thing that changed was the address.
