Tacos El Migue started as a food truck roaming the Kansas City metro — no dining room, just great tacos and a growing crowd. Here's how it became a Shawnee institution.

We’ve picked up asada breakfast burritos a couple times now and WOW. They are perfection. And big enough to either split one or feed us each 2x (we always opt for leftovers 😋). Cheese dip is always perfect and their chips! They are the perfect tortilla chip - not too thin, not too thick, perfectly fried, never stale.
